Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what information we collect when you use hnhstays.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you book or enquire, we collect your name, phone number, email address and the details of your stay, such as dates, property, unit and number of guests. If you fill our partner form as a property owner, we collect the details you share about yourself and your property.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or banking details go directly to Razorpay and are never stored on our systems. We keep only the payment reference, amount, mode and date needed for your booking record and our accounts.

How we use it

We use your information to confirm and manage your booking, to send you your confirmation voucher and booking related emails, to reach you before check in with directions and your host contact, and to respond to your enquiries. Our reservations team can see your booking details so they can help you.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

Your booking details are shared with the team at the property you are staying at, so they can welcome you. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay under their own privacy policy. Our booking emails are delivered through our email service provider. Our booking records are stored securely with our database provider. Each of these providers processes your data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as required for our accounts and legal obligations under Indian law. If you want your personal details removed from our systems earlier, write to us and we will do so wherever the law allows.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to query@hnhstays.com. Booking related messages are part of providing your stay, so you will receive them for any active booking.
